About Kathleen Dowd

Kathy has been studying with leaders in the field of natural therapies since 1994 and is dedicated to empowering children, families, and individuals in health, balance and emotional well-being through the use of natural therapies. She has a B.A. in Psychology and Human Development. She has been a level three reiki master since 2006 and is an active member of the Vermont Reiki Association. She completed her flower essence training in 1998.

Flower Essences

 Flower essences are the infusion of flowers in spring water and a natural preservative and are used internally or topically to balance emotional states and improve moods. 

Reiki

 Reiki is an ancient hands-on healing modality that accesses Universal Life Force Energy for restoring ease and balance. Reiki is widely used in hospitals, hospice and home care.
